Upland Bird Hunts

Enjoy hunts for Bob White Quail, Chukar Partridge and Ringneck Pheasants. Here at Roans Branch Hunting Preserve, we have worked hard to develop hunting grounds similar to those of yesteryear, when quail hunting was at its best in the South.

 

 

We use annual controlled burning, thinned woodland and cutovers, food plots of milo, corn, and millet. Hedge rows and broom straw fields are all maintained for a better hunting experience.

Hunts are either half-day or full-day depending on package size. Hunting times are 8:30-11:30 and 1:30-4:30. Hunt parties are for 1-4 hunters. Reservations are required.
